General house rules and guest policies
1. Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in commences at 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late departures are accommodated subject to room availability.
2. Statutory Identification: In compliance with local law and regulatory guidelines, every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photographic ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver's License) upon arrival. Foreign nationals must furnish a valid passport and Indian visa.
3. Maximum Room Occupancy: Each suite tier is strictly limited to its configured occupancy limits. Additional guests above standard configuration must be registered with the front desk.
4. Smoking & Property Care: All indoor guest rooms and public hallways are strictly non-smoking. Designated outdoor garden pavilions are provided. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to property or bespoke artwork.
5. Right of Admission: The hotel management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service in cases of disruptive or unlawful behavior.
